In the enchanting Arcipelago of the Eolian

typical eolian house arises.
Casa Athena, because of the elevated site, has
unobstructed sea views.
The house is situated about 800 meters from the centre of
town with good connections to public services.
The apartment consists of 3 large bed rooms, 2 bath rooms,
a small but comfortable living room, a kitchen with barbecue, washing
machine, microwave oven and all the usual electric appliances.
The ample covered balcony can be used for relaxing, or as
open dining room to enjoy the glorious Mediterranean climate.
An underpass allows direct access to the sea.
The house is available for lease from beginning of June to
end of September.
